To ensure that you get the best experience when you log into MyCampus for the first time after the upgrade, please ensure your browser language is set to UK English for compatibility with MyCampus date format. We also require users to clear their web browser's cache. We have included instructions for both below.
Updating Your Browser Language
- In Edge: Go to Settings and more > Settings . Select Languages from the Settings list and look for English (United Kingdom). To add a language to the list of Preferred languages, select Add languages.
- In Firefox: Open menu\Options and select: Language If en-GB doesn't exist then it should be added and any other languages deleted.
- In Chrome, select Customise and Control Google chrome and then select settings and show advanced settings, then select: Language, If it doesn't exist then Add: English (United Kingdom).
Clearing Your Web Browser's Cache
